Every session is private and confidential, and I provide empathetic support to assist you in healing your personal relationship with food. The first step is to schedule an introductory session where you can tell me a little bit about yourself and we can work on one of your food cravings. In that session, we will get an idea of how well we work together and what our next steps should be from there.
